The Google Wi-Fi hub in the kitchen didn’t seem to be set up, so the signal is weak in living room. Apart from that, it was a lovely place to stay and I’d happily stay there again.

Well maintained throughout. Only 3 forks which was fine for two but four would struggle. The stairs from the patio to the entrance are quite steep and may pose some problems for anyone with mobility issues as would the very steep Steamers hill. Lots of sloping ceilings in the property meaning a need to frequently duck if you are tall. That said we had a very nice stay. Wayne was an engaging host but not at all intrusive.

Wayne and Sue are lovely host and they love a good chat on arrival made us feel so welcome from word go. Theres plenty of places to visit like Newquay, Port isaac where Doc Martin was filmed so plenty to see and do while you are on holiday. Theres a local pub just a short walk down the hill which serves beautiful food and ice cold beer the walk back is a bit steep so i chose to drive when i looked at it. I would recommend this property to friends & Family without a doubt. Thanks Wayne & Sue for a lovely stay. Mr & Mrs R.Graham.
