Please note: There is a steep slope and steps to the property. Children must be supervised on the front terrace as there is a low wall with drop behind.. A beautiful townhouse situated in a superb position overlooking the River Looe towards the delightful harbour town of the same name. The views here are simply stunning. The town is just a few minutes’ walk, whilst the wonderful East Looe Beach is half a mile away. The narrow streets have an array of shops, pubs and restaurants, where locally caught fish is a menu favourite! The river has a launching area across the road from your holiday retreat, where adventures on kayaks or paddle boards are a popular pastime here.
Polperro, famed for its legendary links to smuggling, is a must visit, whilst you can take a train trip on the Looe Valley Line from the station a short walk along the road through breathtaking countryside all the way to the market town of Liskeard. Bodmin Moor, with its mysterious rock formations, can be reached by car, as can the world renowned Eden Project and beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan.
The ground floor of your holiday home offers a superb lounge with patio doors to the front terrace, which is south-west facing. The kitchen also occupies this floor, which is very well equipped, offering all you need for your stay. The dining room has table and seating for eight guests. The first floor comprises a roomy bedroom, with Smart TV and fabulous kingsize bed. There are excellent views from here to. A small bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with separate toilet completes this floor. The second floor has a further large bedroom, with kingsize bed and Smart TV, and the views from here are exquisite. There is a shower room and final bedroom with twin beds.
As part of your stay, there is a holiday complex just 2 miles distant, where guests have free use of a lovely swimming pool (exempt in August due to issues with overcrowding). The pool is heated, open all year with changing and shower facilities and is lifeguarded. There is also a small toddler pool, where little ones can enjoy a quieter splash! !

Lovely Location.Very nice bed linen and towels.Disappointed in standard of cleanliness and decor eg...Sofa and cushions stained.Rug extremely dirty.Doors need repainting and marks on walls.Damp smell all over the house.Top rooms had a smell of dogs.None of the TVs can get live tv ie. tandard 5 channels.Shower head in middle floor bathroom split and shower screen leaks badly.Outdoor furniture needs covers as they were covered in bird pooh which took us a long time to clean.9am checkout is way too early, 10am the standard and more convenient.
