This gorgeous, three-storey period townhouse sits just steps away from the beach, in the quaint town of Marazion, Cornwall. Affording stunning views across Mounts Bay and St Michael’s Mount, Castle View is a spectacular abode for a family gathering or meet-up with friends, enjoying easy access to the delights of South Cornwall. After occupying the off-road parking, step into the grand entrance hall, which is quite simply stunning with plenty of room for coats to be stored. The first room is the stunning sitting room, which sets the scene with its impressive proportions, electric fire and ample seating positioned to appreciate outstanding views across to St Michael’s Mount. Moving to the rear of the house, you’ll find a wonderful reading/snug room with shelves of books and seating to relax. A little further along you’ll enter the dining room, boasting a large table and high ceilings, ideal for mealtimes. This room has a wonderful feeling of space and light, opening up onto the courtyard which makes it a great space for entertaining. The spacious kitchen boasts an electric range cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and microwave, all you need to rustle up a hearty feast! There is also a spacious, walk-in pantry for storage, and a utility space with washing machine and tumble dryer, so it’ll be easy to keep on top of your laundry. Ascend the stairs to the first floor where you will find four of the six bedrooms. There is a super king, a king with smart tv, a double and a bunk room.

Moving up the main staircase to the top floor are the last of the bedrooms: a super-king-size bedroom and a double - grand and spacious with sea views. This floor offers its own shower room with shower and WC. Take advantage of the enclosed garden space, set over the ground and first floor levels, it is well-maintained with manicured lawns bordered with well-established shrubs, all-surrounded by lovely period brick walls. Enjoy alfresco dining from the patio furniture, giving you time to appreciate views over Mounts Bay and St Michael’s Mount. When you’re ready to explore, Marazion is a beautiful Cornish town with its quirky shops, cafes, and art galleries. Why not spend the day upon the sandy shores of Marazion Beach and watch the world go by as the waves crash in the background; soak up the sun’s rays in this enchanting spot or try your hand at a range of watersports including windsurfing, kitesurfing, jet skiing and sailing. Alternatively, tour the fascinating exhibits of the Marazion Museum, amble to the stunning St Michael’s Mount via the causeway, a must-see during your stay or spend the afternoon at Guy’s Butterfly House. Access to parking at the property is very narrow and not suitable for guests with large cars, there is additional parking in a local car park for approx £50 per week.

Note: Outside there are steep granite steps with a low wall, take care.
