Nice and quiet , felt safe for the kids , just outside Newquay so youre not stuck in town . Good position for a base to travel to other beaches etc , loads of room in the house so everyone could relax etc, negative points , no towels at all , but even taking your own there is absolutely no where to dry anything , so you end up with wet towels hanging out windows etc or pay to use their dryers which are located around the complex , but that could be a pain as someone else would forget their load in them and you have to either move it or wait .also booking the swimming pool for the kids can was a pain , you cant just turn up , apart from that it was nice .

The Location of the property was ideal for our stay, but the property needs some maintenance. Overall the property is very tried, and the toilet seat in the downstairs wc needs replacing. The main bathroom door handle and lock was broken on arrival. Most of the furniture needs upgrading. The beds were clean and comfy. But the house downstairs smelt of jeyes fluid.

The accommodation was very tired, with small parts of damage, cracks etc around the building. Sleeps 8 but enough seats for 6, bathroom handle kept falling off, and the noise from every floorboard was ridiculous. Whoever woke up first woke up the rest of the house.
