Half a mile from a stunning National Trust beach, Holywell Bay View is a divine, well presented detached property in Holywell Bay on the north Cornish coast. Perfect for both relaxation and family fun, this seaside escape is a great base, with distant sea views from the elevated garden, a sunny haven for alfresco dining and barbecues. This contemporary holiday home boasts a spacious interior.Relax in the sitting room, with ample sofa seating in front of the TV. The well equipped kitchen has all the mod cons to rustle up some tasty feasts. There are three stylish bedrooms: a king-size double with en-suite WC and basin, a super king-size double and a twin bedroom, all with TV's.
There is a smart family bathroom and separate spangly shower room. Enjoy a beachside tipple in the local pub, within a five minute walk and there is a shop for stocking up the fridge. Stroll across the grassy dunes down to the big sandy beach framing Gull Rock, join the surf school or play pitch and put. Holywell Bay is a small village resting within North Cornwall, close to the town of Newquay. This village plays host to a sandy beach, with sand dunes, small streams and rock pools, and is a popular spot for surfing. Five miles away is the town of Newquay, where you will find an abundance of shops, pubs and restaurants, and attractions including a zoo, a sea life centre, three beaches and the National Surf Centre.

The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Great position with just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach and coastal path. We lived the local Treguth pub which was cosy and welcoming and also the Albion at pretty Crantock, just a 40 min walk away. We saw plenty of seals and all in all had a wonderful holiday. Would t hesitate to recommend the cottage and return again.

Neighbourhood very peaceful. Holywell beach within walking distance lovely local pub doing nice home cooked food . Beds were very soft would be my only criticism of this property but wouldnât put me off staying in this bungalow again.

Everything was sparkling clean, and our dog, Finn, really enjoyed the enclosed garden. We had a fantastic time and are already considering booking another stay next year. I even received a compliment from my eldest daughter, who said that I had chosen the best place to stay and that she wanted to come back next year.
