The flat is well positioned for various tourist attractions, e.g. The Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, and National Trust properties, as well as some beaches. There are shops e.g. Tesco express, Aldi nearby. The flat itself is well proportioned with plenty of space, seating and equipment.A minor down side was the lack of milk in the welcome pack and cerial bowls.

Great accommodation, very quiet and clean. It was surprisingly more spacious than the pictures suggested and you get a great view over St. Austell with the sea in the distance from the kitchen windows. The kitchen is one of the best stocked that I have encountered in terms of equipment.I contacted the owner prior to going to double check the access arrangements as we had a long journey to get there. I received a quick and helpful response and it was very straight-forward getting parked up and getting into the apartment.Great location, shops are close by, and it is a 5 minute drive to the Eden project.
