Private parking for 3 cars. Please note: The decked area is raised.. Seatons Rest has a wealth of character and charm, whilst also benefiting from a superb range of modern fixtures and fittings. The accommodation is only a matter of yards from the beach and is over two floors, with an open plan ground floor comprising a well-equipped kitchen area, living area with a wood burner and widescreen TV, and a dining area. The first floor has a large master bedroom with a feature fireplace, a twin bedroom and a modern wet room. The apartment also benefits from underfloor heating throughout. Outside is allocated parking for at least two vehicles together with a raised decking area.
Portmellon Cove is a delightful hidden gem with a sandy beach, a pub/restaurant and stunning coastline walks. The towns of Mevagissey and St Austell are within a short drive and offer a wide range of amenities including supermarkets, local shops, bars and restaurants as well as activities for the whole family. Within only a few miles of Portmellon Cove are some superb tourists attractions, including the world-famous Eden Project. Beach 200 yards.

Really enjoyed our stay at Seatons Rest. The apartment was comfortable and equipped really well, though it would have benefited from a washing machine. There was plenty of parking with great access to Portmellon itself. Only a 15 minute walk to Mevagissy, but it is a steep climb both ways. The Rising Sun Inn is basically next door to the apartment and provides a friendly welcome with a nice menu. The Shack is a cafe with lovely coffee and fabulous ladies running it. I would definitely recommend to stay at Seatons Rest.

Another great week at Seatons Rest, our second stay. The accommodation and location are excellent and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday.

We loved our long weekend at Seatons Rest, Portmellon, the accommodation was excellent, location was excellent but there is no shop, just a very small pub and The Shack that sells food. So if you forget anything you will need to go to Mevagissey, which is not a problem. We found loads of places to eat and shop at Mevagissey. Overall, we had a lovely time.
