Welcome to Silver Springs, a spacious and welcoming retreat situated in a quiet residential area. A gravelled parking area allows up to 4 cars to be parked. Inside, wood-effect flooring creates a modern touch, and the heart of the home is the open-plan, well-equipped kitchen/dining room with plenty of cupboard space. The dining area features an elegant table with a marble-effect surface, with stunning patterned chairs. The living room offers comfort with leather sofas, an electric reclining leather chair, complete with USB accessibility and a warming pebble-effect electric fire. A large TV provides entertainment, and a side office provides a workspace for those who need it. A utility room and separate cloakroom cater to everyday needs. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, and a family bathroom featuring marble-effect tiling and corner bath. A third bedroom offers zip and link twin beds for flexible sleeping arrangments, whilst the fourth bedroom has a kingsize bed with an en-suite double shower with rainfall feature. Outside in the large lawned garden is a storage shed for bikes, body and surf boards.
Beyond this haven, the delights of St. Austell, Charlestown and nearby beaches await. St. Austell offers a vibrant atmosphere with shops and amenities, while Charlestown boasts its historic port and tall ships. Beautiful beaches offer relaxation and coastal beauty, whilst the world-famous Eden Project and enchanting Lost Gardens of Heligan are a short drive away, blending nature and culture. The nearby railway station at Bugle will take you on a picturesque journey as far as the bustling town of Newquay, where world famous golden beaches, fun filled attractions and the thrill of surfing can be enjoyed to the full.

We have just returned from a fantastic weeks holiday at Silver Springs in Beautiful Cornwall.The house and location were excellent and there was ample room for 8 people.The house was modern and very well equipped and also had a very safe large garden at the rear that wasn't overlooked. All in all a fantastic base for exploring. Shops and train station less than 10 minutes walk away.We will hopefully return very soon. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Overall we had a good stay. The accommodation is just missing basic items to enhance the rooms, such as there were no mirrors in any if the bedrooms, you had to use the main bathroom or the ensuite in the main bedroom, so not ideal when you want to use hair appliances etc, the main bedroom had no curtains, just blinds yet other rooms had both, not enough towels provided. The house next door have many dogs and there was constant barking at times. Great base for visiting sone of the main attractions.

House in good location for access to Cornwalls attractions, however the mattresses were appallingly uncomfortable, bedroom doors would not latch closed and would slam all night if windows were left open. Light in dining room did not work. The dogs next door barked all night long.
