While some guests mention areas in need of TLC, the overall sentiment is one of fondness for the family-friendly home with its memorable views and cosy atmosphere.

Such a beautiful and old family home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Been coming to St Ives area for over 40 years and this has been the best location. The wonderfully equipped kitchen made meal times easy and the view from the master bedroom is stunning. Would definitely like to return.

I didnât want to leave! The location was perfect for the wedding we attended at Carbis Bay Hotel. The coastal path to Carbis beach was right outside the gate and walking in to St.Ives was easy along the woodland path. The house was always warm and cosy on our return. The kitchen was so big and well equipped it made cooking meals a delight,We spent a lot of time around the large dining table in the evenings Waking each morning to a view of Godrevy lighthouse added to the enjoyment of our stay. There was plenty of space for us all and parking for 3 cars such a bonus. The lounges could do with fresh paint and the old curtains replaced with blinds.A washing line ( not under a fir tree) or indoor clothes airer would help instead of always using tumble dryer. However we would definitely return. Had a great stay,
