To the front, relax in either of the two comfortable armchairs perfectly positioned by the sliding patio doors to enjoy the bay views. You may be lucky enough to spot dolphins playing in the surf. There is also a contemporary curved leather sofa which seats six, where you can either continue to enjoy the views or the fantastic entertainment system, which includes a HD wall mounted TV with Full Sky package including Movies and Sport. The dining area is a great room for entertaining and is located near the kitchen. A large glass table with six matching chairs are provided for your comfort. Open the sliding patio doors and let the fresh Cornish air flow in or enjoy drinks on the rear suntrap decking area. A modern kitchen has a window which looks directly into the sitting area. It’s well-appointed with black granite effect work tops and everything you need and more. Both bedrooms are positioned to the rear of the property, enabling guests to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. The master bedroom enjoys a luxurious king size bed and a charming bay window lets in the natural light, making it a wonderful space to relax. The second bedroom is a twin. A family bathroom near both rooms with bath with shower overhead. Welcoming after a long day. A seaward facing terrace can be accessed either by the front door or the living area patio doors. Dine alfresco with marvellous sea views. A rattan table and four chairs is provided. A rear decked terrace is a real little suntrap. Sit back on the two comfortable reclining rattan chairs and soak up the Cornish rays. A side table also available, perfect for your morning coffee. Set within sub-tropical gardens, Logans Court is just a six minutes’ walk from the blue flag waters of Carbis Bay beach and jthree minutes from the scenic railway to St Ives and surrounding area. Carbis Bay, a seaside community in St Ives, is well known for its stunning stretch of sugar-white sand beach. The beach has a tropical vibe thanks to its turquoise waves and sheltered location, making it ideal for a relaxing day at the beach. The beach is also home to the Ocean Sports Center, so if sunbathing isn't your thing, why not rent a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and head out on the water? For a truly luxurious experience, why not book yourself a day at the luxurious hotel, which overlooks the beach and has a lovely terrace from where you can sip your cocktails?     Couldn't fault it at all. Only downside being there was a very noisy family staying above us, but this wasn't the owners fault. Despite this we would go back and would highly recommend.

    One criticism however was the fact that no car parking space for No 1 was marked as indicated in the arrival instructions and upon enquiry the space allocated was the smallest space, unsuitable for anything other than a small car. Consequently we used a different unmarked space as no one else was using it.

    It is in a great location for the beach, train station, supermarkets and St Ives. We would definitely book again and I think that says it all!
