Step through the front door into the modern fitted kitchen offering a built-in electric oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Adjoining the kitchen you’ll find a utility room and downstairs shower room, ideal for washing down sandy toes after a day spent at the beach. The living room is light and airy with feature wood burner and television. Large French doors lead out to the terrace area perfect for catching the last rays of the sun with a glass of wine in hand. Heading upstairs there are three good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, there is a further double bedroom with twin beds and a bunk room that offers stunning views. The family bathroom completes the upstairs accommodation with a shower over the bath and toilet.
Bay View is wonderfully located with little more than a 5-minute walk from the property to the child friendly beach Porthcurnick with its famous foodie eaterie and South West Coast Path walks. The nearby village of Portscatho also offers a coffee bar, taverna, butchers shop, deli, grocery store pub and restaurant. Venturing further afield you’ll find attractions such as The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan plus the village of St Mawes and a hop across the River Fal will bring you to the vibrant city of Falmouth.
