Falmouth is just 5 miles away with the imposing Pendennis Castle overlooking the sea and the iconic harbour that’s frequented by magnificent ships, and there are plenty of gems to discover within easy reach. After a busy day, unwind in your private heated pool or the newly added large luxury hot tub and make good use of the sauna and steam room.
Beneath the traditional exterior is a warm and welcoming property that blends contemporary convenience with old-world charm. Exposed stone, slate flooring and a wood burner set the scene in the cosy lounge, and the delightful sunroom is equally as inviting on crisp mornings where you can admire the gardens over your coffee. The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen with its wooden floors, chic cabinetry and wide range of gadgets, a sight that will thrill any enthusiastic foodie. Prepare your locally sourced ingredients and cook up a storm, then light the candles and uncork the wine to dine in style around the table. At bedtime, the bedrooms are guaranteed to please, especially after a spot of pampering in the bathroom with its with a roll-top bath and a separate rainfall-style shower. There are three bedrooms to choose from, including a king-size bedroom complete with an en-suite shower room and a dressing room. Outside, the garden has several terrace areas for al fresco meals and BBQ suppers. From April through to September you’ll have exclusive use of the heated outdoor pool as well as sauna and steam room facilities, accessed by several steps. The pool house offers an open-plan kitchen/diner for poolside dining. A newly added cinema room provides relaxing seating and a large wall mounted Smart TV for your very own movie nights. There is a shower room as well as an elegant family bedroom with vaulted ceilings on the first floor. This has two super-king zip-and-link beds (which can be made up as twins on request) and seating. Completing the property is a utility room and ample parking for three cars.

- Sleeps 10 guests - please note that no stag or hen parties are permitted at this property
- Farmhouse - 3 x bedrooms - 1 King-Size Master Bedroom with En-Suite, 1 x Double and 1 x Super-King Size Zip and Link (set up as a twin but can be made into Super-King on request at time of booking).
- Pool House - 2 x Super-King Zip and Link Beds that are made up as 4 twin beds unless otherwise requested to made up as Super-King on request at time of booking - Please note that this is above the pump house where the filtration system runs 24/7 to maintain the pool. This does emit a low level of noise continually.
- 1 family bathroom with bath, rainfall shower with attachment and WC, 1 en-suite shower room with rainfall shower and WC (off master bedroom in main house), one ground floor WC/utility room, 1 shower room with shower and separate WC (in pool house)
