Beautiful place in a beautiful setting. The only downside for me was the steep walk back from the village but otherwise immaculate. The price seems steep but if you divide by 5 ( the number of bedrooms all en suite ) it’s not bad at all.

Kitchen good but a second micro wave would be useful. Early visit from gardener with motorised leaf blower was a Shock at 8am on departure day. The only other issue is the poor road system from Surrey to St Mawes 7hours going from Guildford 8 hours coming back. Great location lovely house.

Totally brilliant week in an absolutely superb property. Three generations together and loads of room. We were advised beforehand that the property was ready for us ahead of normal check in and hot a lovely message after we left. Really appreciated. Can’t really think of anything that would improve it and would love to visit again.
