The bifold doors seamlessly connect the indoor space to the outdoor, allowing for an effortless transition to the garden and inviting the beauty of nature inside. The garden features carefully positioned seating and dining areas on each of its levels, providing intimate spaces for you to unwind.
There are beautiful beaches close by- Summer Beach and Porthcurnick are within 3 miles with Portscatho beach a little further. Spend the day at St Mawes and catch a boat trip from the harbour or wander over to St Mawes Castle. This is an Area of Outstanding Natural beauty, visit the sub-tropical gardens at Lamorran Gardens where you can admire the exotic tree specimens, or wander around the majestic St Just in Roseland Church. The King Harry Ferry is a vehicular chain ferry that crosses the Carrick Roads and connects the Roseland with Feock, Truro and Falmouth. A fun trip for everyone, it avoids the congested roads providing a slow relaxing crossing.
The city of Cornwall Truro is 6 miles away, dominated by the large gothic style Cathedral, the city is a hive of entertainment and culture with cobbled streets offering individual shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.

Lovely location and a bonus having fresh vegetables on offer just outside the property in the layby. The cottage was modern and well equipped and underfloor heating kept things a nice temperature. The bathroom & showers were perfect and also had a towel warmer that you could set from outside.

An absolutely stunning cottage. We loved our stay here. The property was very spacious and lovely views. Had a couple of problems but nothing that could not be sorted. Would definitely return again

Absolutely loved staying here. Plenty of room for 7 of us to sleep and not be on top of one another during the day. The pool table and games were an added bonus. We would definitely stay again in the future and recommend to friends and family.
