As part of our check-in policy, a Security Deposit Bond is required—£100 for Caravans and £150 for Lodges—secured via pre-authorisation. Please note, this is not an immediate charge, but a temporary hold placed on your account to cover any potential damages, breakages, or excessive cleaning.

Your accommodation will be carefully inspected upon check-out. Provided everything is in order, the full amount will be released promptly.

    Very nice but to small for 3 adults and 2 children. Will upgrade to larger lodge next time.

    Welcome from other site exceptional so friendly and helpful. St Ives no. 6 Van large,, very clean and double drive next to van all very well landscaped. Site near a busy main road so could hear that from van but otherwise very peaceful. To flag the site is not finished so looks like a building site with lots of vans for sale but no building noise when we away.Hot tub at back of van, tub itself clean looked and smelt clean but lid was very dirty, hot tub was leaking which we reported and towards end it seemed like it was maintained. No instruction on how to remove lid and heat tub which would have been helpful. Low score is for massive failing’s due to lack of gas and lack of communication from the site over a serious issue that ruined our holiday. We woke up to no gas, reported 8.30am and had a call from manager 3.30pm to offer a free night or 1 nights refund due to the disruption and a promise we would have gas that evening when we retired. Returned home 6pm to no gas, called reception to be told it won’t be on till first thing the next morning but hadn’t been informed. Asked what support was being offered as was freezing and this was now disrupting 2 days holiday and we were now having to go out and purchase meals as food already purchased we couldn’t cook. Manager agreed a minimum of 2 nights refund was a reasonable request and he would speak to head office and let me know first thing in the morning, he also promised gas will be back on first thing.2pm the next day we finally had a call informing us gas had been delivered, they also said we should hear back from head office before end of break regarding compensation. This was chased as didn’t hear in timeframe promised and now been told we have to wait up to 10 working days for someone to contact us which reflects badly on the site/ head office and the impact them forgetting to order gas has had on so many customers. Feel this was unacceptable in such cold temperatures with caravan with children and people with disabilities.
