From the drive access is gained through a substantial wooden door. From the porch entry is either through the spacious hall or the utility room which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has good sea views and is well fitted and there is living/dining room with a Smart TV with BT Sport and Netflix, music centre and comfortable sofas leads out to a large decking area with garden furniture. The large garden has glorious views across the village to the Carrick Roads and the Lizard Peninsula. The hall leads to the super kingsize bedroom with en-suite with bath and shower with sea views. There is a family shower room and the a second double bedroom with sea views and a twin bedroom and separate toilet.
A security deposit of £375 is required at this property. This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we’ll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due.
