2022 ABI Beaumont. The new ABI Beaumont is a luxurious and spacious holiday home away from home, blending elegant design, luxury touches and unique features. Inside the Beaumont you'll find stunning fittings and furnishings throughout. The extra wide lounge and open plan kitchen rival that of any home. The lodge features a king size bed in the master bedroom, complete with its own en suite with large shower. The second twin room features 3 ft wide single beds, while the third bedroom offers compact twin beds, ideal for the kids. There's room for the whole family to spread out and get a good night's sleep.

LINEN SERVICE: Linen can be hired at additional cost.

LOUNGE; Open plan with two and three-seater sofas. Large patio doors open onto an enclosed veranda, 40 "TV with Freeview and DVD player in lounge and 22" TV in the master bedroom. Coffee table, gas fireplace and radiator. Occasional pull-out bed is fitted for extra guests. The mini-lodge can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA; Equipped with necessary standard utensils, microwave, full size fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, gas oven and grill. The dining area includes free standing table and chairs.

BEDROOMS; The master bedroom is spacious with double bed, fitted wardrobe, 22" TV, en-suite bathroom with large shower.

The twin rooms include 2 single beds, small wardrobes, TV's and bedside cabinets.

Quilts & pillows are supplied. Linen can be hired at additional cost.

BATHROOM & TOILET; Large shower cubicle, toilet, hand basin and radiator. The master bedroom also includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin.

HEATING ; The mini-lodge has full central heating throughout.

VERANDA; Front veranda with patio furniture, with access from the lounge French doors. The veranda looks over a spacious grass area, has sea views and is on a generous sized plot

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
