Guests say

Guests have praised the property for its superb decor, cleanliness, and comfortable amenities. Its proximity to local shops, the sea, and restaurants adds to its charm, although some have noted the presence of seagulls and nearby construction as minor inconveniences. The property's thoughtful touches, such as a welcome pack, have been well-received.

The property consistently receives high marks for cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotless' and 'very clean'. This suggests a well-maintained and hygienic environment.

The location is generally appreciated for its convenience to the beach and local amenities. However, some guests have mentioned issues with seagulls, construction noise, and views obstructed by nearby development, which affects the score.

Comfort is frequently highlighted, with guests finding the property well-appointed and cosy. A few mentioned issues with heat and door locks, but these seem to be exceptions rather than the rule.

Facilities are well-regarded, with the property being described as fully equipped and having convenient features like EV charging and allocated parking. Some concerns about maintenance, such as stiff balcony doors and a blind that doesn't close, slightly lower the score.

Guests have expressed appreciation for thoughtful gestures like a welcome pack. While these are positively noted, it's important to mention that such amenities are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

The property was very clean, modern and extremely well stocked. It was lovely and warm - right in the centre of Seaton so easy to get provisions. It was a really good size with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. It was a perfect base for exploring East Devon/Dorset for us and our 3 kids. We would highly recommend this property.

The front of the property overlooks a supermarket car-park, and a busy restaurant which is uncomfortably close. The view over the top of the restaurant roof consists of run down buildings and a large crane at a construction site for a waterfront development. There is a lot of noise from the restaurant and even more noise from the seagulls who gather on the restaurant roof and carry on throughout the night. It is not enjoyable being outside on any of the seating areas. The allocated parking space is right next to a busy pedestrianised thoroughfare for the supermarket, restaurant and access into town with a constant flow of people walking past. Due to the points mentioned I would not recommend this property.

Overlooking car park. Building works nearby. Difficult Access through pedestrian walkway. Would not recommend to anyone especially at the price. seagulls everywhere.
