Follow the staircase of this property to find a stunning first-floor open-plan living area with wooden flooring and fresh white walls, a sitting area with a stylish L-shaped sofa and a theme of elegant greys and charming yellows invites you to recline and plan the day ahead of you, and the kitchen space is simply delightful, with contemporary furnishings creating a large space where all guests can cook together, using the abundant amenities fitted for your convenience, and large windows let in seas of natural light highlighting the opulence of this fantastic space, before you can serve your masterpiece on the glass dining table with stylishly mix-and-matched chairs. Seaton is a seaside town in East Devon on the south coast. It faces onto Lyme Bay, to the west of the mouth of the River Axe with red cliffs to one side and white cliffs on the other. Axmouth and Beer are nearby. A sea wall provides access to the mostly shingle beach stretching for about a mile, and a small harbour. Seaton is on the stretch of Devon coastline, known as the Jurassic Coast, a designated World Heritage Site, and the town offers a good range of shops, friendly cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The property was very clean, modern and extremely well stocked. It was lovely and warm - right in the centre of Seaton so easy to get provisions. It was a really good size with 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms. It was a perfect base for exploring East Devon/Dorset for us and our 3 kids. We would highly recommend this property.

The front of the property overlooks a supermarket car-park, and a busy restaurant which is uncomfortably close. The view over the top of the restaurant roof consists of run down buildings and a large crane at a construction site for a waterfront development. There is a lot of noise from the restaurant and even more noise from the seagulls who gather on the restaurant roof and carry on throughout the night. It is not enjoyable being outside on any of the seating areas. The allocated parking space is right next to a busy pedestrianised thoroughfare for the supermarket, restaurant and access into town with a constant flow of people walking past. Due to the points mentioned I would not recommend this property.
