The front of the property overlooks a supermarket car-park, and a busy restaurant which is uncomfortably close. The view over the top of the restaurant roof consists of run down buildings and a large crane at a construction site for a waterfront development. There is a lot of noise from the restaurant and even more noise from the seagulls who gather on the restaurant roof and carry on throughout the night. It is not enjoyable being outside on any of the seating areas. The allocated parking space is right next to a busy pedestrianised thoroughfare for the supermarket, restaurant and access into town with a constant flow of people walking past. Due to the points mentioned I would not recommend this property.

Overlooking car park. Building works nearby. Difficult Access through pedestrian walkway. Would not recommend to anyone especially at the price. seagulls everywhere.

We even love watching the seagulls and their babies that are nesting in the buildings in front of the property. The only thing that spoilt it a bit this time is the building works on the front promenade which of course the property owners do not have any control over but feel should maybe be mentioned in the description. We love to sit on the balcony or in the lounge area with the doors open early morning but the noisy building works started at 8am continuing throughout the day did spoil the early morning peace and quiet. We also had a bit of difficulty locking the both balcony doors as the handles were quite stiff. I wouldnât have been able to lock them if my husband hadnât been there. Having said that we had a lovely week thank you, no doubt we will return, it is the one holiday property I would love to pick-up and transport home to live in myself.
