This wonderful two-bedroom detached barn conversion offers the perfect rural retreat set in the tranquil outskirts of a quintessential Devon village. We received a warm welcome and an introduction to the cottage by the owners . It was very clean and very well equipped . The beds were very comfortable with attractive bedding . There was a lovely private garden at the rear in which to relax . The setting was very peaceful but access was down a long narrow lane . We were able to organise a delivery from Tesco which was useful . Highly recommended .

We had an excellent holiday at Luccombe barn, the accommodation was very comfortable and was in a peaceful location which was perfect for a relaxing break. It was also in a good spot for exploring the Devon coastline and surrounding countryside. We would recommend this property without hesitation.
