Pick up the binoculars and watch the local fishing boats land their fresh daily catch, which can be bought right on the quayside. Enjoy lazy days on one of the nearby beaches including Harbour, Tunnels Beaches, Croyde or Woolacombe, tee-off at the nearby golf course or enjoy a boat trip or sea fishing. There is hiking in abundance with beautiful walks to pretty coves along the rugged coastline in both directions (Southwest Coastal Path). Beautiful and clean cottage very well equipped. Lovely views, The Hills are very steep so keep that in mind. Very enjoyable stay I would recommend it.

Just returned from a superb stay at The Admiral's Lookout. What a gorgeous apartment! Thoughtfully appointed with everything we could need, and plenty more besides. The PS5 was an unexpected touch!The welcome pack was a lovely gesture - milk, snacks and crisps, teabags, pods for the coffee machine, a chilled bottle of prosecco. Instantly felt at home. Furnishings are good quality, spotlessly clean extremely comfortable. And the view is stunning.Parking is a few minutes away and there's a choice of 2 car parks - one is slightly closer down a slope, the other about 7 mins walk away (mostly flat) and with EV chargers. Loads to do in the local area too - although we were unlucky that sea conditions meant our boat trip was cancelled, the coastal walks (Baggy Point, Heddon Valley and many more) plus bike hire for the Tarka Trail gave us plenty to do. The North Devon coast really is spectacular.Would very happily come back again, if we can persuade the kids (now older teens) to go on one last holiday with their ageing parents :)Thanks so much to Maria and Paul for a wonderful, welcoming stay.

The views from this property are just fabulous while the interior is clean , and very well appointed to a high standard. Pretty much everything has been thought about and provided and really helpful information is provided about the surrounding area. We were very comfortably accommodated this past week, and we were sad to leave. Thank you
