We had a lovely stay in the Admirals cottage. The communication from the owners and the house keeper was excellent. The welcome goodies were a lovely touch and well received. The apartment is beautifully decorated and really well thought out. The beds were super comfy and the apartment is really well equipped. A small issue with drainage in the shower was resolved quickly. It has fantastic views over the harbour but there are a lot of steps and hills so not for the faint hearted! Being able to park our 2 cars in the nearby car park was convenient and felt safe. I recommend Giovanni & Luca’s Italian and Hele bay is quieter but perfect with a cafe & toilets & very reasonable parking charges - as long as you don’t mind it being a dog friendly beach. Marwood Hill Gardens are worth s visit.
