A first floor apartment recently converted and refurbished to a high standard and located in the very centre of Dartmouth, close to the town’s shops, restaurants and waterfront. The apartment, which has been tastefully furnished and decorated, is spacious and light and has a lovely 400 square foot roof terrace to the rear. This property can be booked together with Bank Apartment 2 to accomodate up to 10 guests.

House is advertised as number 18 but in fact its bank apartment number 1 so was confused from start flat is very spacious and well laid out unfortunately the lack of instructions for dishwasher or cooker or washing machine didn’t help also not enough crockery especially bowls only 2 is not enough and no place mats i know these things sound trivial but you expect these things after staying at previous places in Dartmouth but the major thing was excessive mould in bigger bedroom on curtains and starting to appear on curtains in other bedroom as 2 of our party suffer from asthma this is terrible state to rent property out as totally unacceptable and health hazard so best to avoid this place as we wont be returning

Great location and lovely comfortable and clean apartment. We had a problem getting through the door as the key box is in a hallway and letting agent only sent key code in the welcome email, which was unhelpful. We didn’t use the outside area as Dartmouth has so many lovely places to explore and enjoy the sunshine ☀️

Great location, vert comfortable and everything that we needed for a short break..would recommend to anyone..Great having a parking permit aswell..
