Crew House is a well-appreciated cottage in Dartmouth, Devon, noted for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and convenient location. Guests have enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, cosy living spaces, and the sun-trap terrace. While some maintenance issues have been mentioned, the property's overall charm and amenities make it a recommended stay for families and small groups.
The property generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with mentions of it being 'very clean' and 'nicely decorated'. However, there were isolated complaints about a smell of dog and bugs, which slightly lower the score.
The location is highly praised for being a short walk from the centre of Dartmouth. The steep walk and stairs are noted, but the convenience and setting are well-regarded.
Guests find the beds very comfortable and the living areas cosy. Some concerns about the temperature downstairs and the noise in the front bedroom are noted, but overall comfort is rated highly.
The kitchen is well-equipped and the property offers a selection of games, books, and DVDs. However, the need for TLC in the bathroom and kitchen, and the lack of a smart TV, suggest room for improvement.
There is no mention of gifts or special thoughtful touches provided by the hosts, so it is not possible to assess this category.
