The space is ideal for a leisurely breakfast and alfresco meals, whilst the large, brand new hot tub entices you to relax under the stars! This spacious holiday home has five bedrooms to choose from; on the ground floor, there is one king bedroom and one double bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms, plus a twin, whilst the mezzanine first floor has two more twin rooms. All guests have access to the family bathroom with a bath for the ultimate relaxation after busy days.

The lovely surroundings of Hillfield Village are perfect for relaxing with your loved ones; beautiful gardens, an all-weather tennis court, and children's play area are all on offer. Meanwhile the fabulous town of Dartmouth has plenty to offer, with beautiful coves and beaches scattering this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Discover local history at Dartmouth Museum set inside a 17th-century merchants house, the fortress of Dartmouth Castle overlooking the River Dart, which offers boat hires for picturesque sailing, and the Royal Avenue Gardens are just some of the attractions on offer! There are plenty of coastal paths to venture along where Little Dartmouth Nature Reserve, the golden beach of Blackpool Sands, and Strete Gate Beach are all worth a visit.

Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta. This historic town boasts interesting landmarks, such as Dartmouth Castle, the Britannia Royal Naval College, and the National Trust’s Greenway House just a short ferry ride away. There are many interesting cycling and walking routes around Dartmouth, including the South West Coast Path, the Dart Valley Trail and plenty of quiet country lanes. A trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through the rolling countryside to Paignton is a must, and so is a boat or ferry trip across to Kingswear, on to Brixham, or down the river to the village of Dittisham. For those seeking sandy beaches, there is a wide choice in the South Hams area such as Blackpool Sands and Slapton Sands, both extremely popular beaches just a stone's throw from Dartmouth.
