This unique and airy space allows you to cook, eat, relax and enjoy time together, all the while soaking up the breath-taking panoramic views from the wrap-around balcony and outdoor dining area, also accessible for wheelchair users.

The lower ground floor is light and spacious with oak flooring throughout and underfloor heating, the light and airy additional three bedrooms are filled with warm furnishings and Farrow and Ball soft tones. The bedrooms have plenty of storage and are also suitable for children and infants. Doors lead out to the decking area (accessible from the side of the property for wheelchair users), with an outdoor dining area and a private hot tub.

A stay at Gitcombe Retreat includes use of numerous shared facilities, including a hand-carved children's playground, indoor soft play area, full-size tennis court, indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. There are opportunities for days out to nearby popular Dartmouth, and the River Dart, as well as the glorious South Devon Coast with its numerous beaches and attractions.
