The kitchen and bathroom are equipped to a very high standard and the property has a high specification heating and ventilation system. It has the benefit of on-site parking for one car. It is located in the very heart of Dartmouth and is just a few minutes level walk from the quay and the many restaurants and shops Dartmouth has to offer.

We had a brilliant week at 10 Mayflower Court. The flat is in an amazing position overlooking the river and close to the town. It was spotlessly clean, bright and spacious. The main bed was comfy and we slept really well. It really is a dream place to stay, with everything that you need for a self catering holiday. It exceeded our expectation in every way. Yes, the car parking is a bit tight, but it's manageable. It's an absolute bonus to have a private parking space. And, yes, there are three floors of steps to get to the flat, but it's good excersise. Local buses are nearby and go to lots of places around and about.

Fabulous accommodation. Everything we required for a very easy and comfortable stay. The decor was lovely and goes without saying the view outstanding. Anyone with mobility issues please check the access details before booking.
