A beautifully presented top (3rd) floor two bedroom modern apartment with stunning River Dart views. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped to a very high standard and the property has a high specification heating and ventilation system. It has the benefit of on-site parking for one car. It is located in the very heart of Dartmouth and is just a few minutes level walk from the quay and the many restaurants and shops Dartmouth has to offer.

We have stayed here 3 times now since 2020, position is terrific, parking limited for our medium SUV. The settee needs to be replaced now as it has lost its comfort! Also there are no shower gels, nor soap in the bathroom. The supplies in the kitchen are minimal! It was mentioned we would not be able to park due to gas works. We accepted that but the works were not yet to the parking so it was no problem for us but will be soon!

Fabulous flat, warm and cosy, great location, everything you need for a lovely holiday. Lots to do in local area. Definitely recommend this flat. Up quite a few flights of stairs though so no good if you have mobility problems.
