A charming studio which is a lower section of a larger house which is the owner’s residence. The Cabin has great views of the River Dart but is located in a sunny and very peaceful location so you can park the car when you arrive and relax as Dartmouth is an easy 10-minute walk downhill, with taxis and a local bus all available in town. If you are spending time exploring Dartmouth, catching a ferry up the river or just enjoying a leisurely lunch you will not need to worry about the car! When the weather is sunny, breakfast can be enjoyed outside seated at a pretty French table on your terrace or further down the garden on another seating area. Relax, enjoy the sun, read a book and sip the coffee!

Nice location near to town centre & Harbour.Excellent interior, comfortable & modern.The only 2 things we found uneasy about was the 22 steps which were steep. We struggled a little with them being oaps.Also, not the easiest place to park a car as its on a hill & could only park between 2 cars whilst we were there. (1 space allocated).Overall we enjoyed the stay.

Great location and wonderful views. Mike was a good host and living above the cabin meant that he was always happy to help. Steep hill so be prepared to get a good workout!
