The property has water views and is a pleasant level walk to the boat park and Salcombe town centre. Although not allocated, on street parking is generally available.

Picture perfect chocolate box cottage overlooking Batson Creek.Ideal location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area, and easy access to Salcombe with all its amenities. Furniture a little dated but extremely clean and tidy.All the facilities for a great stay.

charming well equipped thatched cottage . location gave easy walking acces to salcombe and Snape point walk .plus space for one small car to park . Delightful.
