With plentiful seating for al fresco dining, a relaxing hammock, and an outdoor shower, it’s a perfect spot to unwind after exploring Salcombe.
Upstairs, you’ll find a cheerful bunk room and an impressive dual-level master suite complete with an En-suite shower room. A stylish family bathroom with a freestanding bath adds a luxurious finishing touch.

Positives: Lovely house, lots of charm and character and nice decor. 2 bedrooms are downstairs and 2 upstairs, but no bathroom downstairs. Well equipped kitchen, decent sized fridge and great outside space which is fully enclosed and perfect for small dogs. Not that far from Salcombe town but the walk back is very, very steep! Negatives: Parking is a nightmare, this was off peak and we never managed to park close to the house. Also, either the owner or the agency contacted us twice during our week’s stay to tell us that the gardener needed to come round, the first time was with only an hour’s notice and we were already out so had to return especially to open the gate, which was very annoying and the second time was the day before we checked out so we didn’t really understand why it couldn’t just have waited until we had left on the Friday morning? Maybe just us being fussy but we didn’t really appreciate the intrusion or the inconvenience. They also left the side gate wide open which could have been disastrous had we not realised before the dogs did!
