Really enjoyed our stay although did find the mattresses soft and the plastic sheets on the double bed unnecessary as was far too hot until I realised why.

We LOVED this house! 7 of us shared - children, parents, and grandparents. Having the 3 bathrooms was brilliant and so handy for the grandparents not to have to share.The location was brilliant. We love Salcombe, but after a long day at the beach, carrying heavy bags and encouraging young and old to walk home...the hills can be a really issue. Not a problem with this house! The gentle stroll up Island Street was a pleasant way to end the day.Parking was easy and we fit 2 cars next to each other (close though, to allow next door access). We loved the games in the lounge and enjoyed introducing the children to some of our childhood favourites. The house was clean, and the towels fluffy. I can't fault it! We will be coming again.
