This property has recently been tastefully refurbished to a high standard and now offers well equipped family accommodation with the added bonus of off street parking.

Very comfortable and cosy house in the middle of Salcombe with parking available. It was spotless and surprisingly quiet being set off a side road off the main street.Salcombe is pretty with lots of lovely places to eat and drink. We enjoyed a harbour cruise and took the ferry to East Portlemouth to the lovely beaches. Also walked to Snapes Point and North Sands. There is a bus from Shadycombe car park that runs regularly to Kingsbridge and the lovely hippie town of Totnes.We met people who were enjoying really good sailing tuition and if you like boats this looks to be a good place.Salcombe folk are very friendly and so many places are dog friendly too.To top it all off we had summer weather at the end of March without the crowds.

We had a great stay. Location - Couldn’t be more central, but tucked off of the main high street so we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Great that there is parking. Such a gem in Salcombe! We have a bmw 1 series and I don’t think I would have attempted to get it in the garage, but we parked in the courtyard absolutely fine, and the Bollard keeps it safe. If you have a very low car, be careful driving up the ramp to get in. Cottage/house - Cosy and a lovely little courtyard. I would just ask to perhaps provide more toilet rolls, and couple of clothes washing tabs and more than one washing up cloth. Shower gel too maybe. The little nightlights were a great touch around the house, as were the reading books, full use of digital TV, and the welcome pack had all the info needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would book this property again if coming back to Salcombe!!
