Tastefully furnished to a high standard, this first floor apartment is just a minutes’ level walk to Victoria Quay, town centre and boat/car parks. This pretty property offers quality family accommodation with outside seating and a balcony with views over popular Island Street.

Please be aware that there is building work going on across the road. There may be some noise, although most work is now internal and vehicle movement between the hours of 7.30am & 5pm Monday -Friday.

The apartment is in a great location on Island Street and very close to all amenities. The parking space outside is a real positive and the terrace area gets the morning and evening sun.The kitchen, dining room and lounge areas are all well equipped and comfortable, but some areas that could be improved/to be aware of are:- One bedroom has been configured with 2 sets of bunk beds that would only really suit a family with 4 children. I am not sure why this was changed from the original double bed with bunk bed layout, but that was a bad idea!- One shower seems to throw the fuse if left on for too long and needs to be manually reset.- The outside terrace festoon lights do not work and the outside furniture has some damage that needs repair or replacement.The bedroom/bunk bed situation is the one big challenge with this property, else it is a great option if you want to be in the middle of Salcombe.

What else to say but 10 out of 10Spotlessly clean and great locationPeople watching by day (if thats your thing) but very quiet in evenings and early mornings Car space seems very safe but no need for a car for one or two weeks ! Bus stop very close as is the well stocked Co-op

The bed situation was certainly not practical we were expecting two double beds and two bunks this was not the case there was only one double and two bunks and as it was for four adults this did not work the photograph and description was misleading ,
