Inside, the home offers generous light filled accommodation, ideal for two families sharing or multi-generational getaways. The open-plan layout is designed with connection in mind, from the beautifully equipped kitchen with everything you need for holiday feasting and family breakfasts, to the sociable dining space and roomy lounge areas, all with the same breathtaking views. For added fun, there’s even a foosball table in the living area, perfect for family tournaments after a day at the beach.
Step outside and you’ll find three incredible terraces, ideal for soaking up the sun, gathering for drinks, or dining alfresco with seating for eight and a wood-fired pizza oven ready for summer suppers. As evening falls, the firepit area becomes the heart of the home, with laughter, blankets, and starry skies overhead.
When the sea air turns crisp, head indoors to relax by the woodburner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere on chillier evenings.
With a useful downstairs shower room for sandy toes and post wild swims and a large utility room to handle the chaos of beach days, everything has been considered to make family holidays seamless. A short stroll leads you to pretty North Sands beach, perfect for early morning dips, paddleboarding sessions dog walks and hearty breakfasts at The Winking Prawn.
Upstairs, the light filled bedrooms with the same spectacular views, offer a blend of calm and comfort after a busy day exploring this coastal paradise, while the contemporary bathrooms add a touch of luxury to the everyday. The Master bedroom on the top floor hosts a beautiful tub, perfect for a peaceful soak and a glass of something soaking up the views outside.

The Finest Stays Team
Our stay at Sandhills was a breath of fresh, sea-salted air. Perched above the curve of beautiful North Sands, the terraces offered a front-row seat to Salcombe’s ever-changing seascape - skies stretching wide, waves rolling in slow rhythm, and the kind of views that invite you to pause and take it all in. Mornings began with early swims in the clear, calm bay, followed by barefoot strolls to The Winking Prawn for coffee and breakfast — salty hair, sandy toes, and the gentle joy of seaside living. Back at the house, light-filled interiors made unwinding effortless, but it was the outdoor spaces that truly stole our hearts. Lazy afternoons turned to golden evenings around the firepit, wrapped in blankets, watching the stars emerge above the sea. It was the perfect spot to gather, to chat, to simply be. Sandhills offered us a chance to slow down, breathe deeply, and soak in the best of the coast. We left recharged, restored, and already longing to return.
