This is a really nice cosy spacious ground floor apartment with everything that one would need for a comfortable stay and is in a lovely and quiet area. Ten minutes walk in to the centre of Salcombe but just a bit of a climb back up the hill. We were here in Jan, when quite a few of the shops are not yet open for the season.Initially had difficulty finding the key box which is tucked round the corner by the bedroom window to the left of the door to the garden flat. Could just do with some pointers to the Garden flat and to find this key box. Enjoyed everything else.Would definitely recommend this property.

Flat was just as described. It was perfect with good space for parking. Double check the mesage you receive for checking in as I found the times were different to the listing but apart from that everything was great. It was lovely and warm and a good location as long as you dont mind an uphill walk!
