Tappers Quay is a small development of apartments situated on the waters edge, opposite ’Fish Quay’ and a short, level walk from Salcombe town centre, shops, restaurants and quays. Although without direct water views, apartment 2 provides family accommodation which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The property benefits from allocated undercover parking for one medium sized car (5m x 2m space). There are adjacent landing steps.

Tappers Quay is very highly recommended. My family and I would definitely use this property again and recommend to friends and family.Pro'sExcellent location, very close to the centre of Salcombe but just ever so slightly out so as to avoid later night hustle and bustle.Very open and airy living space which was a pleasure to occupy. Extremely well equipped property with all of the home comforts you would need for self catering etc.That master bed is huge and very comfortable.I love a velux roof window, which adds to the living space and the bright airy feel.There's a double sofa bed in the lounge which would be handy if you have a larger party.On site parking, if you have any driving skill any medium sized car will fit perfectly (B class Merc no issues) reversing down the street will make your life much easier.ConsIt needs a little maintenance... 2 of the blinds are broken, they kind of work. Bathroom outside door handle is hanging on for dear life. Lounge sofa bed is off it's runner but would still function fine. 2 of the stairs hand rails were loosely attached to he wall. It wasn't the cleanest property on arrival but was by no means dirty.Bathroom sink and shower are slow to drain and the shower will block soon without attention.Please don't be put off though, the pros hugely outweigh the cons. Salcombe and Tappers Quay are both well worth a visit.

Spacious apartment for 2 although it sleeps at least 5. The living accommodation would easily house 6. Well located and well equipped. A few little cleanliness issues and found someone else's t shirts and socks in one of the drawers. Fabulous stay and good value for money. Thank you.

This is a fabulous place to stay in Salcombe for two reasons. It’s right in the heart of the town and it also has a parking space.. The bed is enormous and super comfortable and the apartment beautifully equipped and decorated.
