There's also a ground-floor shower room and utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for added convenience. Head upstairs and you'll find the three bedrooms – a master king-size with en-suite shower, a double and a twin along with a bathroom with roll-top bath and separate shower. Sparkwell, a charming village nestled on the southern edge of Dartmoor National Park. There are a plethora of pubs to choose from in the surrounding villages such as The Mountain Inn at Lutton, Miners Arms at Hemerdon and Cornwood Inn at Cornwood. Sparkwell lies 3 miles away from the A38, a major route connecting the village to the wider world. Need to stock up? The nearest supermarkets and takeaways are a short 3-mile drive to Plympton or Lee Mill. The surrounding area boasts both Horse Riding, 1.5 miles, and National Trust property Saltram, 6 miles away, both great days out. For boat trips from the historic Barbican, the National Marine Aquarium, Plymouth Hoe with Smeaton's Tower, shops and cinema at Drake Circus, Theatre Royal and so much more, travel 9.5 miles to the Ocean City of Plymouth.
