Lots of interesting places to visit . This was our 3rd time in the Cotswolds & our friends first visit. Such a beautiful area.

Gloucester docks/quays area is very scenic and it's only a short walk into the centre of town. Parking for two cars ( or maybe three small ones) on site which is definitely worth having. Despite the nearby road we were not disturbed by traffic noise at night. Plenty of room for six adults but bear in mind that two of the rooms are doubles. My only comment would be that swopping a double for a twin would be more flexible for a group of friends staying. However, it is our favourite place to stay for a weekend break in Gloucester.

With lovely walks and the many and varied amenities on the refurbished Gloucester Quays and an easy short walk to the city centre. The property itself is “tired” and in need of some real TLC. We recognise the age of the property and loved its quirkiness, but some decoration and particular attention to the shower units draining well are essential.
