Very grateful that Angie was able to take us in at no notice after the cottage we had actually booked turned out not to be expecting us!The Stables was clean and well-equipped with everything that we needed for a peaceful and comfortable stay. All good. Highly recommended.

The property was clean, well equipped, comfortable and warm. It has its own off road parking space. The host was present when we arrived to welcome us and show us round and left us a cream tea and bottle of wine which was much appreciated. Our stay was over the Christmas holiday and window lights, a Christmas tree and a wreath on the door were lovely touches. Although we were self catering we had hoped to try the local pub, The Squirrel, which had been recommended but unfortunately they stopped serving food the weekend before we arrived. The coast and several town centres were within a 30 minute drive which were ideal for walks and shopping. Would thoroughly recommend if you were looking for a quiet, rural setting.
