Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Broadacre House is a lovingly renovated, three-bedroom house just outside the centre of Brixham, in Torbay. The property has undergone complete refurbishment throughout and provides comfortable and quality accommodation.
As you enter the property via the side door (nearest the driveway), there is a useful area to hang your coats and shoes directly next to the utility room, which houses a washing machine and tumble drier. This entrance then leads you into the modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, perfect for whipping up a good breakfast before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with Smart TV and plenty of seating. On the ground floor is the family bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, there is also a snug with smart TV and double sofa bed, perfect as a separate relaxing space for guests or to keep the children occupied.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and super kingsize bedroom with zip and link beds which can be reduced to make a twin bedroom. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden accessed through sliding doors from the sitting room, where there is a small patio area with seating as well as a lawned area.

The property looks very modern with very comfortable series and beds. It has an enclosed garden at the back with the options of being the shade in the afternoon or sunny. It was very hot when we visited Brixham but there was always a breeze on the patio which was good. It a 10/15 min walk down to the harbour. It's fairly steep and hard work on the way back for the retired. A taxi from the rank in the bus stion was very reasonable £5. Brixham is a great base for exploring and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic week at this property. We found it very clean and felt really at home. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfy. We would definitely recommend this property. Would love to return at a later date.
