Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. Broadacre House is a lovingly renovated, three-bedroom house just outside the centre of Brixham, in Torbay. The property has undergone complete refurbishment throughout and provides comfortable and quality accommodation.
As you enter the property via the side door (nearest the driveway), there is a useful area to hang your coats and shoes directly next to the utility room, which houses a washing machine and tumble drier. This entrance then leads you into the modern, well-equipped kitchen/dining room, perfect for whipping up a good breakfast before heading out to explore the surrounding area. Next to the kitchen is the living area, with Smart TV and plenty of seating. On the ground floor is the family bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed, there is also a snug with smart TV and double sofa bed, perfect as a separate relaxing space for guests or to keep the children occupied.
On the first floor are two further bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom and super kingsize bedroom with zip and link beds which can be reduced to make a twin bedroom. There is also a separate toilet on this floor. Outside, there is a rear enclosed garden accessed through sliding doors from the sitting room, where there is a small patio area with seating as well as a lawned area.

One of the nicest holiday homes we have ever encountered. We were comfy and cosy and had everything we needed; a true home from home. Spacious rooms and the convenience of two toilets and easy parking. Our lovely border collie enjoyed the freedom of the safely enclosed garden, and he especially liked that we could walk easily to his favourite coastal spots. We especially liked that we could walk down to the numerous lovely pubs and restaurants around the harbour easily too. Thank you to Dean and the other hosts in his family. We hope to be back very soon.
