Guests that stayed at this property said

Reviewers consistently note the lodge's cleanliness, with no negative comments on the state of the property. The immaculate condition contributes significantly to the guests' comfort and satisfaction.

The lodge's location is celebrated for its tranquility and proximity to local villages and attractions. Its central position allows for easy exploration of Suffolk's coast and historical sites. A slight deduction is made as no specific negative comments are made, but not all reviews mention location.

Guests find the lodge very comfortable, highlighting the quality of the beds, spacious rooms, and the overall relaxed atmosphere. One mention of the lounge seating not being as comfortable slightly lowers the score.

The lodge is praised for its modern facilities, including well-equipped bathrooms and kitchens. The addition of a games barn and the mention of a wet room are positive. One suggestion for the addition of EV charging indicates room for improvement.

The welcome hamper is frequently mentioned as a generous and thoughtful gesture, enhancing the guests' experience. While such gifts are greatly appreciated, it is noted that they are subject to availability and not guaranteed.

Everything about the holiday, accomodation, facilities were first class. It is set in an area of historical hotspots and natural beauty. The peace and quiet mind blowing. Our hosts were discrete but always ready to help. Having never been to Suffolk found the 'locals' to be welcoming and obliging.
