Arriving via a private driveway, guests will find off-road parking for up to four cars. Inside, the cosy sitting room is the heart of the home, with comfortable seating arranged around a woodburning stove set within an attractive brick fireplace. Whether you're settling down with a good book or enjoying a film on the Smart TV with Netflix, it's the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring.

The well-equipped kitchen features wooden worktops, patterned tiles and a breakfast table, providing a sociable space to start the day. Facilities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. A separate dining room offers plenty of space for family meals and leisurely evenings together.

Upstairs, there are three inviting bedrooms sleeping up to six guests. Two spacious king-size bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, one of which benefits from its own en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is a double room, ideal for additional family members or friends. Guests also have access to a family bathroom with a bath and shower over, as well as a separate shower room and a convenient ground-floor cloakroom.

Outside, the garden makes the most of the spectacular countryside setting. Enjoy breakfast at the picnic bench, fire up the charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining, or simply relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. From the garden, guests can access nearby walking routes that lead directly into the Suffolk countryside.

The historic market town of Framlingham is within easy reach, with its impressive castle, independent shops, cafés and rich heritage. Ipswich offers museums, parks and a vibrant waterfront, while the Suffolk coast awaits at Aldeburgh, renowned for its shingle beach, independent boutiques and famous Scallop sculpture. Other nearby attractions include Snape Maltings, Sutton Hoo and the beautiful Suffolk & Essex Coast & Heaths National Landscape.

The ancient market town of Langport lies at the heart of the Somerset levels, at the crossing point of the River Parrett, mid-way between the county town of Taunton and Yeovil. Its central location makes it a thriving hub for local villages and an ideal base to explore the surrounding area, as well as the Somerset Levels, one of England’s most unchanged Landscapes. The ancient beauty and diverse wildlife of the area makes it one of the landscapes that have inspired many artists and photographers as well as drawing visitors from all over the world. The surrounding countryside teeming with pretty villages and quiet country lanes with footpaths and cycle trails to explore the picturesque Somerset Levels. Somerset is rich in wildlife and is one of the country’s top areas for birdwatching. It also offers a heritage railway, where visitors can take a trip on longest standard gauge line in the country. This is an excellent touring base for the area, with the stunning town of Glastonbury just over ten miles away, noted for its famous music festival, it also benefits from an array of superb amenities and displays a stunning abbey, Clarkes Shopping Village at Street, Wells Cathedral, Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge all within an easy drive. If a day at the beach is what you're after, the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea is easily reachable and offers a range of amenities as well as its wonderful sandy beach. Avid walkers can make the most of the nearby Mendip Hills aonb and features magnificent walking and cycling country. Travelling slightly further afield; to the south you'll find many places of interest; the beautiful fishing port of West Bay, the Jurassic Coast with Lyme Regis and the artisan town of Bridport with its markets and music venues or the historic cities of Bath and Wells.
