Set within the coastal town of Southwold – known as the ‘jewel of the Suffolk Coast’ – the beach offers golden sand and a pier with arcades. The high street is filled with an array of restaurants, shops and pubs for you to explore. The next nearest place of interest is the village of Reydon. It’s full of nature and wildlife, with plenty of opportunities for scenic walks or playing in parks with children.
You enter the property via a porch into a hallway, and then you can wander through into the sitting room. It’s a bright and airy room with a cosy open fire, sofa, two armchairs and a TV with DVD. A galley-style kitchen with ample storage, a double oven and a door leading into the conservatory, offers a great space for cooking. These delights can be enjoyed in the conservatory which features a dining table and chairs for five people. The first bedroom has a double bed and French doors with a step down into the garden. Bedroom two features a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps. Finally, bedroom three is a compact room with a single bed and an additional pull-out bed, plus an armchair and wardrobe. The final room is the wet room with a shower and WC.
Outside, the rear garden has a lawn, shrubs and a table and chairs for al fresco dining when the weather permits. A gate from the rear garden takes you to St Edmunds Road giving you quick access to the centre of Southwold.
