The brook itself, after which the village is named, adds to the idyllic scenery with its gentle babbling waters.
Englesea Brook is also steeped in history and heritage. It is home to the Englesea Brook Chapel and Museum, a fascinating attraction that showcases the area's Methodist heritage. Visitors can explore the museum's exhibitions and learn about the influential role of Methodism in the region's history. This beautifully bespoke Shepherds hut overlooks open countryside and is perfect for a romantic treat for two. Spacious and beautifully decorated, there is a large double bed, additional seating to snuggle up and enjoy the wood burner, good sized kitchen space, and a shower room to start the day afresh. Outside, there is a wonderful BBQ and fire pit area, bistro seating and of course the fabulous Scandinavian hot tub, where you can enjoy the open views of the countryside, and listen to the birds as you relax and unwind in this gorgeous setting.
Need to know: 1 bedroom area double bed. 1 shower room with sink and flushing toilet Ceramic hob, microwave, oven, and full size fridge with integral ice box. Log burner (additional logs and fire lighting service available for purchase direct with owner). Bistro table and chairs, BBQ and fire pit. Wood fired Scandinavian hot tub which can be pre warmed by prior arrangement with the owner. Bathrobes, special occasion hampers and local produce packs are available by prior arrangement with the owner. Off road driving experiences are available by prior arrangement with the owner. Towels can be hired at 10 per item.
