Modern, peaceful studio space with lovely views. Conveniently situated for Hay-On-Wye and lots of walking around the area; Brecon Beacons a short drive away for those wanting to explore nature and mountains.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blackrock. The farm is beautiful and is so close to loads of amazing walks and Hay on Wye. The barn itself was cosy and was very clean and the additions of milk and fresh eggs were really thoughtful. The place feels like its own little hideaway and offers a private little getaway in the countryside. If ever in the area I would definitely stay again and would recommend this spot to anyone. We brought our border collie and he loved it too! Approval all round :)

We stayed over the Easter Bank Holiday and had a lovely time exploring the local towns. The walk into Hay-on-Wye with our dog was lovely, I'd highly recommend taking the time to do it. The barn was a lovely space with great views acros to the river.
