Fantastic property. A great base for exploring. Would recommend.

A great cottage and a good location we enjoyed the walk into Hay. The hot tub was fun and heated up well But the water in the house didn't work so well. Two out of the three mornings we all had cold showers as there was not hot water. But a good place for a family gathering.

Lovely home in beautiful countryside setting close to Hay on Wye. Furnishings lovely, clean and comfortable. Only slight complaint but easily remedied - kitchen cupboards were bit haphazard - I was sorely tempted to rearrange items for easier access and use. Otherwise perfect for our family.
