Bishop's Castle Barn is highly praised for its cleanliness, high standards of renovation, and peaceful rural setting. Guests consistently mention the comfort, the stunning views, and the luxury of a hot tub. The property's modern amenities and thoughtful touches, such as the provision of jam and cake on arrival, contribute to a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The location offers a perfect base for walking and exploring the local pubs and countryside.
Reviewers are unanimous in their praise for the property's cleanliness, often describing it as spotless and exceptionally clean, which reflects a high level of maintenance and care from the owners.
The location is celebrated for its peace, quiet, and beautiful country views, making it an ideal retreat for relaxation. Its proximity to walking paths and the town of Bishop's Castle, along with the mention of lovely country pubs, indicates a highly desirable location.
Guests find the barn warm, cosy, and comfortable, with special mentions of comfortable beds and a relaxing atmosphere. The only minor drawback noted is a single comment about an uncomfortable sofa, which does not significantly impact the overall high comfort rating.
The barn is equipped with high-tech amenities, a well-appreciated hot tub, and other facilities that guests find excellent. However, there are a few mentions of maintenance needs and suggestions for minor improvements, which slightly lower the score.
The owners' thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of items such as jam and cake on arrival, hot tub towels, and helpful information. While these gifts are highly appreciated, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

The barn is in a stunning location with beautiful panoramic views which you can enjoy while relaxing in the hot tub. It was spotless & well equipped. Tim was there to meet us & showed us how everything worked in the barn & then left us to enjoy our holiday, but was on hand if we needed anything. I would certainly stay again.
