These well-appointed properties are situated in a quiet hamlet, midway between Bridgnorth and Ludlow, two of Shropshire’s most well-known and loved historic towns. They are well positioned to take advantage of the views across the open countryside. The Annexe (ref 29626), is semi-detached and stands 20 yards from The Barn (ref W44249), which is a detached barn conversion, and both properties have private hot tubs. The interior of The Barn has been thoughtfully designed with beautiful stone floors and a cosy woodburner. Set in a convenient location, they are within walking distance of the locally run pub, and a short drive away from the visitor attractions of Ludlow with its castle and racecourse, Bridgnorth, Ironbridge and Much Wenlock. Also worth visiting are the River Severn, famous for its tidal bore, the River Teme and the Severn Valley Railway. Other local attractions include Rays Farm, the inland funicular railway and Daniels Mill. This is an ideal touring base for people wishing to explore Shropshire and Herefordshire, as well as the mid Wales borderlands. Shop 2 miles, pub and restaurant 300 yards.

We just returned from a lovely weekend in the Annexe. It was well equipped with everything we could need. Great detailed information emailed to us prior to arrival. The bed was comfy and the garden secure for our dog and had lovely views. The hot tub was wonderful and made it a really relaxing break and was great to also have a wood fire for the cold evenings. It was lovely to have the welcome pack too. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in both the Annex and The Barn, both were exceptionally clean and had everything we needed. The bed in the Annex was just perfect, best nights sleep i'd had in a long time. The hosts were extremely welcoming and accommodated our requests, went above and beyond, really kind, thanks Vikki. The barn definitely had more of a cottage feel to it and loved the stone flooring throughout! Took a while to heat every room but thats expected with the generous size rooms and cottage stone walls, flooring etc. Once warm, it was so cosy, we didn't want to leave. Both log burners we well used by us, they were perfect! Again both property's were faultless.The only downfall being the drive upto the property itself, the lane really is quite bumpy and during the bad weather, very muddy! I had to ensure my car was driven close to the hedge as the underneath of my car kept scraping on the raising middle section of the lane. A jeep or ranger would have no issues but any lowered car or small car would struggle. This isn't the properties fault tho, the lane is shared by a number of different properties so shouldn't reflect this review, just worth mentioning.
