The Rookery is the largest of this wonderful selection of five properties located just outside Bridgenorth, set in 150 acres of rolling Shropshire countryside, enjoying views across the Severn Valley, the Chelmarsh Reservoir and the rspb Wildlife and Nature Reserve.
With flexible accommodation to suit any number of groups, two of the nine, spacious en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground floor enjoying bi-folding doors onto the south facing terrace with waterside views. A separate games room is the perfect place for the teenagers with table football, a large corner sofa, television and Xbox game console. The vast open-plan living area has more bi-folding doors to the terrace, along with an abundance of comfy seating and a large Smart television in the sitting room area, opening into the dining space with an enormous dining table for 20, and a superb kitchen area with a large island and bar seating. The kitchen is generously equipped with modern appliances aplenty, many of which there are two of, allowing everyone to lend a hand preparing those celebration meals. Alternatively, make use of the tempting on-site catering service if you just want to relax. Or maybe take relaxation to the next level and pre-book a beauty treatment or massage.
Two separate staircases lead to the remaining first floor bedrooms, two with Juliet balconies, but no one needs to draw the short straw, with all the rooms being spacious and bright with modern en-suites for everyone.
Outside, you (and your dogs) can enjoy the south-facing, enclosed terrace and lawn with waterside views, complete with generous garden furniture, sun loungers and a gas barbecue. When the children want to let off steam, all six cottages have use of a large enclosed field with football nets. You’ll find garden games in the property too, or venture further afield on-foot or bikes, with walks, a bridleway and cycle route right on the doorstep. A walk across the fields will bring you to the village pub, The Bulls Head.

Up to five well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge), please be aware this is a working farm and dogs must be kept on a lead when not within the enclosed garden.
Children and infants welcome (5 travel cots and high chairs are available on request, 2 stairgates also available on request). Please provide your own travel cot linen.
2 x EV chargers are available for shared use for all Dinney cottages. Payment and use via Monta App.
