Betty's Barn is highly praised for its cleanliness, spaciousness, and idyllic rural setting. Guests appreciate the friendly hosts, well-equipped kitchen, and the presence of animals, adding charm to the stay. The property's tranquillity and the surrounding Shropshire countryside offer a peaceful retreat, with some guests noting the narrow access roads as a consideration.
Reviews consistently mention the property being spotless and very clean, with only one minor comment about a hoover being full. The high standard of cleanliness contributes significantly to guests' positive experiences.
The location is generally appreciated for its beauty and tranquillity, with plenty of walks and nature. However, some guests mention the narrow access roads and remoteness as minor drawbacks, which slightly affects the score.
Guests find the cottage comfortable, warm, and cosy, with spacious rooms and comfortable sofas. There is a single mention of the outdoor furniture lacking comfort, but overall, the comfort level is rated highly.
While the property is well-equipped, especially the kitchen, there are mixed comments about the maintenance of facilities, such as the mention of a damaged car due to potholes and a desire for more recycling options. Without a clear consensus, it's challenging to provide a definitive score.
The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with mentions of welcome gifts like flowers and biscuits. However, as these gifts are not guaranteed for every stay, they are a delightful bonus rather than an expectation.

We absolutely loved it and wouldn't hesitate to come again. It was lovely having the seating outside and looking over the fields whilst sitting having a coffee.
