These group barns are ideal for groups of families or friends who would like to holiday together with six properties on site being able to cater for up to thirty guests. They are all centrally heated with oil central heating, some have wood burners, and each cottage has a private garden/patio area. Set in stunning acres of rural land with views which reach out across the Shropshire hills, it’s the perfect relaxing break.
All the barns have lovely, well-equipped farmhouse-style kitchens with stone floors and traditional features including timber beams. Each property has its interior design theme which enhances the cosy character of each. Drifthouse sleeps up to six guests over three double bedrooms, with a family bathroom and ensuite attached to the master bedroom on the first floor and second floor. The ground floor offers a fabulous well-equipped modern kitchen/diner, with a large breakfast bar, stone floors and fantastic views across the countryside, it’s the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast. Move through to the living room and you’ll find two sofas to sink into in the evenings in front of a wood-burning stove.

We enjoyed a Christmas stay at the drifthouse, we arrived to a decorated, clean and cosy accommodation. The location is stunning (although you do need a car) we took our dog out on many walks and even ventured up the hill on Christmas eve. The local town is about a 10 minute drive with shops and a natural trust park.We loved our stay so much we've booked again.

Peaceful stay but car esential. Church Stretton and National Trust walks - 10 minutes away with lots of shops. Stokesey castle nearby as is Bishops castle a fascinating place

We had a lovely few days here. The surroundings are so lovely and peaceful, it was great to wake up to the views of the hills. The cottage itself was very comfortable and the kitchen is a great space to socialise in. We had some really nice dog walks around the local area. Smart tv and Alexa downstairs were nice to have in the cottage. Anyone booking to stay here with a pet should know that pets are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture! Which was not mentioned on the listing and would have been important to know.Overall had a lovely time and would recommend to others :)
