Ample off-road parking with greet you on your arrival at Pool Barn, located outside of the holiday home and owner’s property. Step into the homely kitchen/diner where you will have all you need to prepare tasty home-cooked meals for your guests, as they gather around the dining table to discuss plans for the days ahead. After a delicious meal, retire to the sitting room where you can put your feet up on the plush sofa and cosy up with a glass of wine whilst enjoying your favourite film. Comfortable house with 3 large bedrooms. Beautiful gardens and a really secluded location. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We were a little worried by a previous bad review but those worries were completely unfounded.

The garden was tranquil and beautiful and a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The owners were friendly and very kind and helpful.

But only has four chairs in kitchen so if there are more than 4 of you will have to have meals will have to be staggers. The misleading details state three bathrooms there are only two. The shower upstairs which is so small if you are over 6ft is not fit for purpose. The other âbathroomâ is in fact just a toilet with no shower or bath. The one downstairs is the size of a cupboard and smelt of damp and had silver fish in it. The height of the rooms are not mentioned in the details but if you are over 5â10 and normal stand to use the loo you canât you will have to sit down !! The carpets were dirty in the en-suite and the decor dated. The 93rd birthday week that we were celebrating was ruined we had no alternative but to find a more suitable property the next day. But have been refused any refund or compensation. Itâs only right that if anyone is thinking of booking that the photos and descriptions are not correct
